Is there someone you would like to honor at our Veteran’s Day program this year? Maybe your parent,
grandparent, a family member or neighbor? If so, please have them fill the bottom of this form out and
return it to your school by October 28th. You can invite as many veterans or active duty service men
and women as you would like. Please ask them to send any military pictures for our slide show. Pictures
can also be scanned and emailed to [email protected]
